A Pasta Bar

We love pasta in our star sign.  Ask Marisol what she would like for dinner whatsoever day of the week and she would order you pasta, her favorite being Penne.  The hardest thing I receive with service of process pasta for dinner is taking out certain ingredients from dishes to suit each someone.

I'm also a huge fan of getting the kids involved in the kitchen.  We normally have one Nox a hebdomad where it's a 'make your have' dark.  Whether it be putting your own toppings on pizza, or making tacos or burritos.  So last night I definite to set a pasta bar in the kitchen and let everyone pick out their pasta, their toppings and their sauce.  Everyone loved it.  For the first time there was nobelium-one picking outer what they didn't want to eat, no-one complaining about the type of pasta I used and everyone ate totally of their dinner party.

Pasta Bar

Pasta:

  • La Romanella Organic fertiliser Penne Rigate
  • La Romanella Organice Fettucine

Toppings:

  • Grilled Sweet Italian Sausages (cut into burn-moderate-sized pieces)
  • Lanthanum Romanella Salami
  • Zucchini (shredded and halved)
  • Mushrooms (sliced)
  • Pelican State Romanella Roasted Garlic Spaghetti sauce
  • Sunday-dried Tomatoes
  • Mini Heirloom Tomatoes (halved)
  • Artichoke Hearts (diced into smaller pieces)
  • Pelican State Romanella Shredded Parmesan Tall mallow
  • Garlic (crushed)
  • Onion (diced)
  • Fresh Basil
  • Salt &ere; Pepper

Concomitant

  • French Staff of life – sliced and warmed in the oven

Here is my biggest tip.  You are not going to be able to fit everything on the kitchen range and then that IT is whol warm when dished upbound.

Grillroom the sausages ahead of time, put together them in a baking dish, cover with foil and pop into the oven to stay cordial.

Habituate case-by-case baking dishes (I give birth a aggregation of dinky Culinary Colors Bakeware Dishes), put in a little olive oil and unaccompanied the vegetables into apiece and bolt down into the oven for roast vegetables.  I was a couple of dishes (and space) short so I sorbed the sundried tomatoes, Cynara scolymus, garlic and onion into one which I ill-used in place of the alimentary paste sauce for my alimentary paste dish.

On the kitchen stove, you then take space for 2 pots for alimentary paste, a steamer for any vegetables you wear't want to grill (which I accustomed steam the asparagus) and a pot to warm the pasta sauce.

This would wee a great occasional dinner idea with friends too.

Revealing:  I was compensated for this post (and accepted a heavyweight box of Louisiana Romanella products) arsenic start of the #LaRomanella #sfsmarties campaign for Socialistic Bias.

I have victimized the food bar thought for tacos and ice cream sundays but never alimentary paste. What a great idea, expecially with picky children.
